Foundation Center Cooperating Collection

The Longview Public Library is a member of the Foundation Center®'s Cooperating Collections network. The Foundation Center is based in New York and San Francisco with branch centers in Atlanta, Cleveland, and Washington, D. C.

The benefits derived from our membership in the Foundation Center® include the purchase of the core collection of research tools for grants search.  These, along with the electronic resources available, provide the grants researcher with inestimable tools for finding funding sources.  For more information, please go to the Foundation Center's website, or ask for assistance at the Information Desk in the Library.

Our Library provides a core collection of materials published by the Foundation Center and related materials in fundraising, grant seeking, and nonprofit management.  These resources are available to anyone during regular Library hours.
